Salicylic acid is oil-soluble, which is what lets it work down into a pore rather than staying on the surface — the reason it has been a fixture in blemish care for decades. As a bar it's unusually practical: it covers back and chest, areas where serums and toners are a hassle to apply.

This is the actives shelf's workhorse — sold as "Zero Pore" in its home market, and built for oily, congested skin that needs more than a gentle everyday wash.

How to use

Evening use, once daily. Lather onto wet skin, leave thirty seconds, rinse well. Focus on the T-zone and congested areas.

Important: Increases skin's sensitivity to sunlight — use a daytime SPF. Consult a doctor if pregnant.

Salicylic acid (BHA), olive oil, coconut oil, vegetable glycerin, sodium hydroxide, water.

How it's made

Cold-processed by hand in Turkey and cured on wooden racks for several weeks. Each bar is cut by hand from a poured block, so slight differences in size, shade and marbling are normal.

Making it last
