What’s inside
Three full-size bars, approximately 200 g (7 oz) each. Each bar is made from olive oil and laurel oil, with no added fragrance and no colourants, and is cured for about a year before it ships.

The craft
Our bars are made in southern Turkey by Syrian master soapmakers, using the traditional Aleppo method: olive oil and laurel oil cooked slowly, poured, cut by hand, stamped and left to cure. In December 2024, UNESCO inscribed the craftsmanship of Aleppo soap on its list of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

About the colour
As the bars cure, the outside turns a golden brown while the inside stays green. Bars may look lighter or darker than the photos — that’s the curing, not a defect.
